Beginning with consultation, we work with you to identify the skills and experience needed to take your business to the next step or solve your current problems.
Rather than finding someone to fit the role, we specialise in creating company attraction, and then hunt directly for the closest fit on the market. Our candidates will often not be actively looking for roles before our identification and approach.
Our interview and selection process is bespoke to each search, looking at the fine strokes in who will be the best fit in your department, project or leadership, in terms of skillset, achievements and culture.
In order to ensure successful onboarding, we stay intimately involved in the project until your team is complete. Relationship building with candidates throughout the process to understand their thoughts, concerns and reservations, so that these can be appropriately and pro-actively addressed.
